Trigger emergency call
The emergency process can be initiated in two ways:
Manual
Emergency button on the bracelet: press and hold for 3 seconds, anytime, anywhere.
Automatic
The bracelet's fall detection recognizes a fall and automatically initiates the emergency process.
20-second safety window
In both cases, the bracelet vibrates, flashes, and beeps for 20 seconds. During this time, the emergency call can still be canceled.
False alarm? Just press the emergency button again, and the emergency call will be canceled immediately.
Emergency contacts are alerted
If the emergency call is not cancelled, all emergency contacts will immediately receive a notification via the My Gardia App.

The bracelet remains receptive even after a call and continues to transmit the location until the emergency call is ended by pressing for 3 seconds or placing it in the charging cradle.

With the optionally bookable emergency call centre, your alarm will be forwarded directly to the trained experts at the emergency call centre.

Data protection: Tracking only in emergencies
The bracelet can only be located when an emergency call is active. No location is visible outside of emergency calls. The bracelet clearly indicates with sound, vibration, and light when a radio connection is established.
