Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered goods,
• on which you ordered the service, if it is a contract for the provision of services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (microsynetics GmbH, Werkstr. 22, 59494 Soest, Germany, E-mail: support@gardia.net, Telephone number: 0800 000 3692) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Please note that returns must be sent to a different address. You can find this further down in the sample withdrawal form. By returning the goods to this address in due time, you automatically exercise your right of withdrawal.

Alternatively, you can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website at www.gardia.net. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

The return of the goods is at our expense. Upon request via our app or online shop, we will provide you with a return label.
