Call for help at the touch of a button and automatically

A quick press is all it takes – the emergency wristband immediately sends an emergency call to up to 6 stored emergency contacts and/or the professional 24/7 Bosch emergency call center. In the event of a fall, the emergency wristband automatically sends an emergency call and transmits the location. You can decide for yourself who is informed first in an emergency – your personal contacts or the professional emergency call center. They can then establish a two-way voice connection to the wearer and organize appropriate help.

Almost Europe-wide connectivity thanks to integrated eSIM card

Gardia works with a permanently installed eSIM card that automatically uses the strongest available network. This means you are not dependent on the network availability of a specific mobile provider.

Thus, the emergency call system works:

First of all: No smartphone is needed to wear and use the Gardia emergency call bracelet. The bracelet can be fully operated using its controls.

For relatives, friends, or caregivers, however, the My Gardia App offers central control and an overview of the entire emergency call system. Among other things, it serves to set up the emergency call bracelet, manage emergency contacts, and receive emergency call notifications.

Up to six emergency contacts can be stored in the app – and all are notified simultaneously in an emergency. This way, no valuable minute is lost.

More than an emergency button – real-time connection

Gardia is not a classic home emergency call system. It is a mobile, intelligent safety net that accompanies its users everywhere.

In an emergency – whether by pressing a button or automatically by the FallGuard360° fall detection – the following happens:

• Emergency contacts immediately receive a notification.
  
• The first contact who answers can call the emergency call bracelet directly and speak with the wearer.
  
• At the same time, the app displays the exact location and offers navigation to it.
  
• This way, relatives always know where the person is and what to do in an emergency.
  

Via the integrated Gardia Chat, all emergency contacts can coordinate with each other, exchange information, and organize help – especially valuable when multiple people are involved.

With a single account, users can:

Emergency contacts are people from your personal environment who are automatically informed in an emergency. These can be family members, friends, neighbours, or other trusted persons. They are stored in the My Gardia app and receive a notification directly on their smartphone in an emergency. This creates a reliable private safety net that becomes active immediately in an emergency.

Do you prefer to hear a familiar voice in an emergency? Then the Gardia Basic Subscription is the right one for you. With this subscription, up to six emergency contacts can be stored, who receive an incoming emergency call simultaneously via the My Gardia app and can react directly.

The Gardia emergency call system can be used both with private emergency contacts and without them. You can optionally add a professional 24/7 Bosch emergency call center, which will fully take on the role of emergency contacts in an emergency or supplement them if none of the emergency contacts can be reached.

When an emergency call is received, there are two options:

• With private emergency contacts:
  They are immediately notified simultaneously and can react directly.
  
• Without private contacts:
  If no private network is stored or if no one can be reached, the professional emergency call center automatically takes over the alarm processing.
  

Trained contact persons coordinate the next steps around the clock, assess the situation, and arrange for further help if necessary.

The emergency hotline is available in selected European countries and provides reliable protection, regardless of whether private supporters are involved or not.

While many mobile emergency call systems meet current requirements, they often fail at a crucial point: battery life. Numerous devices need to be charged almost daily. In everyday life, however, such routines are quickly forgotten – regardless of age or health status. It is precisely in such moments that a dead battery can lead to dangerous situations.

To rule out this risk, the Gardia emergency call bracelet was deliberately designed for an exceptionally long battery life. The bracelet lasts up to 21 days and, thanks to the quick charge function, is fully charged in just 90 minutes.

The magnetic charging cradle also ensures easy and safe charging without fiddly connectors or cables.

This combination of high endurance and fast charging time ensures that the emergency call bracelet remains reliably operational – even when life gets stressful or routines are interrupted.
